Hi! Happy Thursday!

I am back from 2 weeks of go go go. My wedding was on April 18th, followed by a week-long honeymoon in Cap Cana. The past few days have felt like a blur of absolute exhaustion from the best 2 weeks of my life!

I’m married!!!

The wedding weekend was everything I ever dreamed of and more — I genuinely cannot stop thinking about it. Getting to marry my best friend surrounded by every single person we love? There are no words. The day was absolute perfection, and Aidan and I keep saying we wish we could live it on repeat forever. I am the luckiest girl in the world, and the wedding wouldn’t have been possible without my parents — I love you both more than you know!! 🤍

Things I’m Loving Lately:

• Gap sandals — I wore these on repeat on my honeymoon.

• I have been hearing rave reviews about this one-piece swimsuit!

• Fabulous wedding guest dress options here, here & here (wearing this one to a wedding this weekend!).

• Obsessed with Darling Loungewear's new drop — specifically love the guava maxi, the tangerine set & the mango set.

• Love this lace trim Old Navy tank & shorts set.

• The new Set resort drop is so good — eyeing this bra & leggings set! Also love this daily drills hot pink top and shorts set from their new drop!

  

Things I’ve been thinking about:

• My makeup artist from my wedding used this Saie blush on me, and it was the perfect sunkissed color — buying as we speak. She also used this Merit lip oil that I love.

• I read Strangers: A Memoir of Marriage by Belle Burden while I was on my honeymoon, knowing absolutely nothing about the book before I started reading. I highly recommend if you need a book you can’t put down!!

Mother’s Day Gift Ideas

If you are anything like me and have a mom who is impossible to shop for, here are a few of my favorite gifts I have given her/would give her:

• Goldbug Collection bangle — I gifted my mom one for christmas & I gave her the thicker bangle with “My first best friend” engraved. These are the BEST gifts.

• I also love their caviar ID bracelet, pave crest ring & the “no pressure mom” necklace.

• This Sezane jewelry case would make such a good gift.

• HART also has some fabulous gift options — love this locket & these earrings.

• Lake Pajamas are one of my favorite gifts to give — I gave these to my mother-in-law for Christmas!

• Every mom needs a high quality robe! This weezie robe is one of my favorites.

• If you are local to CHS, check outStitch-able, she can personalize anything and has an amazing selection — I shamelessly have 7 boat totes from her.

  

A Thought to Leave You With:

After the wedding, it felt like everyone asked, “So, what’s next?” And honestly, I didn’t have a good answer. There’s this innate pressure after a big milestone to immediately line up the next one, buy a house, have kids, jump into the next big life event. It’s not that I don’t have dreams for the future, but the expectation that you should immediately have the next “big thing” planned can feel overwhelming. I keep reminding myself that it’s okay not to have the “next thing” planned and to enjoy exactly where we are!!
